During classes the short deadlines are easy to meet but in real life it's not.Work-life balance is a buzzword, but in consulting, finance, or leadership roles it normally takes a backseat. The pressure to perform, deliver results, and outshine peers can lead to burnout if you're not careful.

1. Always accept the learning curve instead of the ego.

Once you complete your MBA from a prestigious university like IIMs, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR, etc., entering the business world with confidence is simple. Real success, though, comes from being modest and inquisitive rather than from only knowing.

Even if they seem simple, ask what you don’t know. Track team dynamics know what works and what doesn't.

From your peers, seniors, even juniors, always try to learn. Though top B-Schools taught you how to think, the MBA did not teach you how to manage every scenario.

Never think that you have an MBA, and you should know this instead always think you have an MBA, you are there to learn how to apply it.

2. Create Allies Not Only from Your Resume

There is office politics even in the most formal environments. Office politics also means knowing people, developing relationships, and turning into someone your team can count on.
