VIT Vellore offers various programs. Find below the eligibility criteria for all the programs offered by VIT Vellore, along with the exams accepted for the 2025 academic year.

• BTech
• Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 withPhysics, Chemistry,Mathematics/ Biology with at least 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST and others)Candidates with date of birth falling on or after July 1, 2001

• MCA
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with a minimum of 60% aggregate or first-class

• BBA
• Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with at least 65% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST and others) with Commerce /Accountancy /Book Keeping and Accountancy /Mathematics /Business Maths & Statistics /Business Studies /Business Management /Business Economics /Economics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination

• MBA / PGDM
• Eligibility Criteria: Any three-year UG/ Integrated degree with at least 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST and others)

• BCA
• Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination with at least 65% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST and others)Candidates with date of birth falling on July 1, 2002 or after

• MTech
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in a relevant discipline with at least 60% aggregate

• PhD
• Eligibility Criteria: Master’s degree in the relevant stream of Science with a first-class or a minimum of 60% aggregate
