• B.E. / B.Tech
• Eligibility Criteria: Applicants needs to have passed 10+2 with 45% aggregate marks with Mathematics, English & Physics as mandatory subjects. 5% relaxation in the percentage for SC/ST/OBC in case of candidates belonging to Karnataka State only.

• MCA
• Eligibility Criteria: Candidate needs to have done any graduation degree or equivalent with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Application or Computer Programming or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects & obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in all subjects A total of 45% marks in the case of SC/ST/ and Category-1 of Karnataka candidates.

• MBA/PGDM
• Eligibility Criteria: Candidate needs to have passed graduation in any discipline with 50% marks and A total of 45% aggregate in the case of SC/ST/ Category-1 for candidates belonging to Karnataka State only.

• PhD
• Eligibility Criteria: Candidate needs to have a Master`s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Management Science from VTU or any other university with a minimum of 60%. However, a relaxation of 10% will be given to SC/ST or any other category or applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Teaching or research, subject to the approval of VTU
